摘　　要：技术工作是一个庞大复杂的工作,也是最容易忽略、蔑视文化管理的工作,文化对技术有巨大的指导作用。本文以M项目的技术活动为例,探讨了文化对技术的指导作用,对项目的深刻剖析进一步证明了文化对技术的指导作用是不能被忽视的。研究表明:首先,我们需要正确认识文化对技术的指导作用;其次,技术不能独立于文化存在并发挥作用;最后,以跨文化管理为指导,秉承高效跨文化管理理念,建立中国海外项目能够建设项目所需的、可执行、可遵循的标准,建立中国企业创新型管理体系。Technical work is a huge and complex work,and it is also the work that is easy to ignore and despise cultural management.Culture plays a great guiding role in technology.Taking the technical activities of M project as an example,this paper discusses the guiding role of culture in technology.The profound analysis of the project further proves that the guiding role of culture in technology cannot be ignored.The research shows that:fi rstly,we need to correctly understand the guiding role of culture in technology.Secondly,technology cannot exist and play a role independently of culture.Finally,under the guidance of cross-cultural management,adhering to the concept of effi cient cross-cultural management,we should establish the required,executable and followable standards for China's overseas construction projects,and establish an innovative management system for Chinese enterprises.
