摘 要:目的 了解南太湖野生水产品中微囊藻毒素(MCs)污染状况,并对其进行初步健康风险评价。方法 2016年-2018年采集南太湖野生水产品74份,采用全自动固相萃取-超高效液相色谱/串联质谱法测定其中微囊藻毒素含量,根据WHO提供的MC-LR每日耐受摄入量(TDI)对其健康风险进行初步评价。结果 74份水产品的可食部位中有4份检出MCs,分别是3份白虾和1份螺蛳,总检出率为5. 41%(4/74)。软体动物中MCs检出率最高(16. 67%,1/6),其次为虾类(13. 64%,3/22);4份检出MCs的样本均采集于第三季度。共检出2种MCs,其中白虾中检出了MC-LR和MC-RR,螺蛳中检出了MC-RR,含量分别在0μg/kg~2.190μg/kg、0μg/kg~1.274μg/kg和0μg/kg~0.266μg/kg,其每日摄入量均显著低于WHO确定的TDI安全值。结论 南太湖白虾和螺丝的可食部位中存在低水平微囊藻毒素污染,其引发的健康风险较低。Objective To understand the pollution status of microcystins(MCs)in wild aquatic products of South Taihu Lake and conduct the preliminary health risk assessment.Methods A total of 74 wild aquatic product samples from South Taihu lake were collected from 2016 to 2018.The samples were tested for 9 MCs by automatie solid phase extraction-ultra perform-ance liquid chromatography mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS).According to the tolerable daily intakes of MC-LR(TDI)set by the World Health Organization(WHO),the health risk of MCs in wild aquatic products was preliminarily assessed.Results MCs were detected in 4 of 74 samples of edible aquatic products,namely 3 white shrimp and 1 snail samples.The detection rate was 5.41%(4/74).The detection rate was the highest in molluscs(16.67%,1/6),fllowed by shrimps(13.64%,3/22).All of positive samples were collected in the third quarter.Two microcystin congeners(MC-LR and MC-RR)were detected.The contents of MC-LR and MC-RR in the muscle of shrimp were within0μg/kg~2.190μg/kg and 0μg/kg-1.274μgkg,respectively.The contents of MC-RR in the muscle of snail was within 0μg/kg-0.266μg/kg.Their average daily intakes(ADIs)were significantly lower than TDI of MC-LR.Conclusion There are low levels of MCs contamination in the muscle of the white shrimp and snail in the South Taihu Lake,which poses a lower health risk.
