摘  要:走班教学是一种不将学生限制在一个教室,而让学生或根据学科兴趣的不同,或根据能力层次的不同,在不同教室流动上课的教学模式。文章简述走班制背景下良好师生关系建立存在的问题,并从“加强课程设计,丰富教学形式”“凸显学生特征,注重因材施教”“加强教学管理,做好教学指导”等方面探讨构建良好师生关系的策略。Class walking teaching is a kind of teaching mode which does not limit students to one classroom,but allows students to flow to different classrooms according to different interests of subjects or different levels of ability.This paper briefly describes the problems existing in the establishment of a good teacher-student relationship under the background of the shift system,and discusses the strategies of building a good teacher-student relationship from the aspects of"strengthening curriculum design,enriching teaching forms","highlighting students'characteristics,paying attention to teaching students in accordance with their aptitude","strengthening teaching management,and doing a good job in teaching guidance".
