摘　　要：体育与健康课程标准指出学校要充分开发与利用各种实用的课程资源,确保课程的实施。文章从激活最具活力的体育课程资源,激活最具魅力的体育课程资源,激活信息化体育课程资源,拓展延伸地域特色体育课程资源等方面探究新课程背景下体育课程资源的优化。The curriculum standard of physical education and health points out that schools should make full use of various practical curriculum resources to ensure the implementation of the curriculum.This paper explores the optimization of physical education curriculum resources under the background of new curriculum from the aspects of activating the most dynamic physical education curriculum resources,activating the most attractive physical education curriculum resources,activating the information-based physical education curriculum resources,expanding and extending the regional characteristics of physical education curriculum resources.
