摘 要:随着国际化浪潮的推进,人才竞争也上升到了全球层面。高等院校作为创新成果的策源地和创新人才的聚集地,在国际人才市场中占有重要份额。文章针对现今多变的国际形势和日趋紧张的理工科国际人才竞争环境,重点分析高等院校理工类学科的外籍专家引进与管理的现状与问题,提出外籍人才引进与培养的创新方法和管理方案,为完善高校外籍专家管理制度,提升我国高校在国际人才市场中的竞争优势提供借鉴和参考,同时寻求发掘外籍专家潜力、提高外籍专家聘用效益的方法,为培养我国创新型人才与高等教育高质量发展贡献更多的力量。With the development of internationalization,the competition for talents has risen to the global level.As the source of innovation and the gathering place of innovative talents,colleges and universities occupy an important share in the international talent market.Aiming at the changeable international situation and the increasingly tense competitive environment of international talents majoring in science and engineering,this paper focuses on the analysis of the current situation and problems in the introduction and management of foreign experts majoring in science and engineering in colleges and universities,and puts forward the innovative methods and management schemes for the introduction and training of foreign experts,which can provide reference for improving the management system of foreign experts in colleges and universities and promoting the competitive advantages of our universities in the international talent market.At the same time,it also seeks to explore the potential of foreign experts and improve the employment benefits of foreign experts,and contribute more strength to the development of innovative talents and higher education in China.
