摘  要:高效、独立的临床思维在现今的临床医学实践中对临床能力的提高扮演着核心角色,是一个临床医生是否成熟的必备素质。作为临床医学发展和前进的基石,基础医学在整个临床医生培养体系中起着不可替代的作用,目前我国大多数医学类院校都是在完成基础医学相关的课程教学以后再进入临床相关的知识学习,因此在完成基础医学类课程理论知识传授过程中积极进行临床思维的培养不仅能为学生后期的临床学习打下基础同时也能加快学生对基础医学知识的消化理解。本文将以基础医学相关课程的授课共性为出发点,客观探讨在日常授课当中培养学生临床思维的意义。Efficient and independent clinical thinking plays a key role in the improvement of clinical ability in clinical practice,which is a necessary quality for a clinician to be mature or not. As the cornerstone of the development and advancement of clinical medicine, basic medicine plays an irreplaceable role in the whole clinical training system. At present, most medical colleges and universities in our country enter the clinical knowledge learning after completing the teaching of basic medicine related courses,so they actively carry out the training of clinical thinking in the process of completing the theoretical knowledge teaching of basic medicine courses. It can not only lay the foundation for students’ later clinical study, but also speed up students’ digestion and understanding of basic medical knowledge. Based on the teaching commonness of basic medicine related courses, this paper will objectively explore the significance of cultivating students’ clinical thinking in daily teaching.
