摘　　要：美国从来都是高度重视意识形态的国家,公民教育就是其重要手段之一,美国高度关注公民教育,更突出其政治性本质,公民教育在各个方面积极论证资本主义制度的合理性、巩固美国政府的政权稳定以及丑化、敌视社会主义的意识形态。在教育过程中,更注重教育手段的策略性,公民教育具有系统性、时代性、引导性与实践性等特点,所以我们需要看透其本质,认知其局限性,即公民教育在一定程度上也促使美国民众对政府的敌意与无视增加,引发出层出不穷的社会问题,以及培养出美国民众故步自封的大国心态。The United States has always been a country that attaches great importance to ideology,and civic education is one of its important means.The United States attaches great importance to civic education and highlights its political nature.Civic education of the United States actively demonstrates the rationality of the capitalist system,strengthens the stability of the American government’s political power,and vilifies socialist ideology.In the process of education,civic education pays more attention to the strategies of education means.It has the characteristics of systematicness,times characteristics,guidance and practicality,so we need to see through its essence and the limitations,that is,the civic education of the United States also contributes to the increased hostility and disregard of the American people to the government to a certain extent,which causes endless social problems and American people’s arrogance as a citizen of a great power.
