摘　　要：在研究生思想教育过程中,辅导员和研究生导师位于第一线。新时代国家和社会发展的需要对研究生思想政治教育提出了更高的要求,凸显了研究生思想政治教育活动中辅导员与研究生导师高效互动的迫切性和重要性。通过深刻分析和认识辅导员和研究生导师的互动现状,探讨建立辅导员与研究生导师的高效互动模式及途径,具有重要的理论和现实意义。In the process of graduate students’ideological and political education,counselors and graduate tutors are in the first line.In the new era,the needs of national and social development put forward higher requirements for graduate students’ideological and political education,highlighting the urgency and importance of efficient interaction between counselors and graduate tutors in graduate ideological and political education activities.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to deeply analyze and understand the current situation of the interaction between counselors and graduate tutors,and to explore the establishment of efficient interaction model and ways between counselors and graduate tutors.
