成人教育服务“精准扶贫”国家战略的措施研究

摘　　要：随着我国向全面建成小康社会的目标迈进,脱贫攻坚已经到了决战决胜的关键时期,“精准扶贫”作为国家解决贫困问题的重要策略发挥了其不可替代的作用。成人教育以其受众的广泛性、资源的丰富性和学习时间的自由性等优势受到大众的普遍认可。在深入了解“精准扶贫”国家战略的基础上,结合成人教育的特点及定位,提出一些可行的具体措施,使成人教育能够更好地为打赢脱贫攻坚战和全面建成小康社会做出应有贡献。Along with our country marching on the target of building moderately prosperous society in an all-around way,the battle of getting rid of poverty has come to the crucial phase.The strategy of"Targeted poverty alleviation"has played an irreplaceable role in settlement of poverty problem in our country.The adult education characterized with its universality in popular acceptance,richness in resources and freedom of learning time is recognized by the public.Based on the deep understanding of National strategy of Targeted Poverty Alleviation,it herein put forward some specific feasible measures according to the features and positioning of adult education in order to enable the adult education to make expected contributions in the battle of eliminating the poverty and building moderately prosperous society in an all-around way.
