摘　　要：随着对产教融合政策和1+X职业技能等级证书标准解析,高职院校人才培养积极响应职教改革的步伐和行业企业的需求。文章阐述了提升毕业生对物流行业的适应力、推动职业教育体系与育人模式等实施1+X证书的意义,构建了“书证融通、四度统一”实践教学体系实施过程,实现了人才培养质量效果提升显著、专业群建设得到了支持保障、实践教学体系品牌得到推广及应用等成效。With the analysis of the policy of integration of production and education and the 1+X vocational skill level certificate standard,the training of talents in higher vocational colleges actively responds to the pace of vocational education reform and the needs of industries and enterprises.This article explains the significance of improving graduates'adaptability to the logistics industry,promoting the implementation of the 1+X certificate in the vocational education system and education model,and introducing the implementation process of the“integration of documentary and certificate,unity of four degrees”practice teaching system,which has realized the quality of talent training significantly.Then the professional group construction has been supported and guaranteed,and the practice teaching system brand has been promoted and applied.
