摘　　要：目的观察Notch信号通路受体基因Notch3、Notch4在剥脱综合征性青光眼患者血浆中的表达,探讨其临床意义。方法剥脱综合征性青光眼患者30例为观察组,同期体检健康者30例为对照组。采集2组空腹外周血,采用实时荧光定量PCR法检测2组血浆Notch3 mRNA、Notch4 mRNA相对表达量,并进行比较。结果观察组血浆Notch3 mRNA、Notch4 mRNA相对表达量[832 349×10^(-7)(433 847×10^(-7),1 979 672×10^(-7))、50 892×10^(-7)(10 539×10^(-7),410 445×10^(-7))]均低于对照组[9 969 693×10^(-7)(9 944 056×10^(-7),9 988 730×10^(-7))、9 373 022×10^(-7)(8 704 400×10^(-7),9 603 180×10^(-7))](P<0.05)。结论剥脱综合征性青光眼患者血浆Notch3、Notch4表达降低,其可能与剥脱综合征性青光眼的发生、发展有关。Objective To observe the expressions of Notch3 and Notch4 genes in the plasma of patients with exfoliative glaucoma and to investigate their clinical significances. Methods The fasting peripheral blood was collected and the expressions of Notch3 mRNA and Notch4 mRNA were detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR in the plasma of 30 patients with exfoliative glaucoma(observation group) and 30 healthy volunteers(control group). Results The relative expressions of Notch3 mRNA and Notch4 mRNA were lower in observation group(832 349×10^(-7)(433 847×10^(-7), 1 979 672×10^(-7)), 50 892×10^(-7)(10 539×10^(-7), 410 445×10^(-7))) than those in control group(9 969 693×10^(-7)(9 944 056×10^(-7), 9 988 730×10^(-7)), 9 373 022×10^(-7)(8 704 400×10^(-7), 9 603 180×10^(-7)))(P<0.05). Conclusion The expressions of Notch3 and Notch4 decrease in the plasma of patients with exfoliative glaucoma, which might be involved in the development of exfoliative glaucoma.
