摘  要:对高校生物实验绿色化教学进行分析,介绍了实施绿色化教学的必要性。生物实验教学中,学生缺乏良好的无菌观念和自主防范意识,操作不规范,容易出现人为失误,从而影响实验室内物品的无菌程度,容易发生感染事件。教师在生物实验教学中必须引进绿色化理念,开展绿色化教学,严格规范学生的操作行为,优化实验过程,保证实验废弃物的合规处理与排放。从教学理念、实验设计、实验操作过程、废弃料处理等环节提出了绿色化教学实施方法:积极转变教学理念,奠定绿色化实验教学基础;关注实验方案设计与准备,绿色化理念贯穿始终;关注实验操作过程,避免产生资源浪费;科学处理废弃物,培养学生的绿色化实验观念;加强基础设施建设,强化绿色化实验教学效果。绿色化理念符合高校生物实验课程教学特点,具有较高的应用价值。The research analyzes the greenization teaching of college bioexperiment,and introduces the necessity of greenization teaching.In the teaching of bioexperiment,students lack good aseptic concept and autonomous precaution consciousness,their operation lacks of standardization,and the human error is easy to appear.These will influence the aseptic degree of the goods in the laboratory,and the infection accidents are easy to appear.In bioexperiment teaching,teachers should introduce greenization concept,develop greenization teaching,strictly standardize student operation behavior,optimize experiment process,and guarantee the rational dealing and discharge of laboratory waste.Greenization teaching measures are proposed from teaching concept,experiment design,experiment operation process,and waste material dealing,etc,i.e.to actively change teaching concept,lay the basis for the greenization experiment teaching;pay attention to experiment project design and preparation,intersect greenization concept;pay attention to the experiment operation process,avoid resource waste;scientifically deal with waste,train student greenization experiment concept;strengthen basic facility construction,intensify greenization experiment teaching effect.Greenization concept conforms to the teaching characteristics of bioexperiment course in the college,and it has relatively high application value.
