摘　　要：本文结合金华市食品抽检分离改革试点工作实际,分析在改进食品抽检工作中存在的亟待关注和解决的难点问题。为有效提升食品抽检工作质量,先试先行,大胆探索、创新优化,组织相关专业技术人员编制《食品抽检闭合管理操作实务》,努力打造可复制可推广的改革样本。In this paper, combined with the practice of Jinhua City food sampling separation reform pilot work, analysis of the existing problems in improving food sampling work need to pay attention to and solve. In order to effectively improve the quality of food sampling work, we should try first, boldly explore, innovate and optimize, organize relevant professional and technical personnel to compile Food Sampling Closed Management Operation Practice, and strive to create a reproducible and popularizable reform sample.
