摘 要:利用工业机器人的概念开发配水间机械手调节装置,可在保留原配水间工艺基础上进行无损化改造,通过技术升级降低改造成本。一个机械手可以管理和调节几十个阀组,最大扭矩输出达200 Nm,采用伺服控制,对速度和进程控制更精细,控制定位精度高,通过优化算法和路径,使配注调节更高效。配水机械手调节装置集自动化、数字化、智能化于一体,具备常规技术(电动阀和数据采集监视控制系统SCADA)所没有的诸多优势,调节精度更高,能长期可靠运行,随着技术的高度发展,完全可以成为配水间智能化调节的新型解决方案。未来工业机器人的应用不会仅局限于配注工艺,在油田各生产环节中都会具有广泛的应用前景。A regulating device of water allocation manipulators is designed and developed based on the concept of industrial robots.Nondestructive modifications are performed on the premise of preserving the original technique and equipment of the water allocation station.Moreover,technology has made cost reductions possible.A manipulator can manage and regulate dozens of valve groups at the same time,with a maximum torque of 200Nm.Through servo control,not only speed and process con-trol,but also positioning control can be performed with higher accuracy.In the injection-allocation regulating process,higher efficiency is achieved by optimization algorithms and paths.The regulating device of water allocation manipulators incorporates automation,digitalization,and intelligence into a whole.It holds various advantages,such as higher accuracy,longevity,and reliability over conven-tional technics(e.g.,electric valve or SCADA).With steadily developing technology,it will become a new solution to intelligently regulate water allocating stations.In the future,industrial robots are likely to play a vital role not only in the injection-allocation process but also in all the other processes of oil production,showcasing their wide range of application prospects.
