摘  要:在心血管疾病临床实习中,传统教学方法不利于培养学生临床思维,导致学生思维僵硬,缺乏灵活性,学生无法适应临床实习节奏和模式,而逆向思维模式则是从患者症状、体征等心血管疾病线索出发,逆向思考可能导致的疾病,是临床工作中具有实践性的思维模式。基于逆向思维模式,通过学生、患者和教师多维度不同教学方法的交叉配合,不同角度去理解疾病的特点和潜在的线索,从而灵活掌握医学专业知识,从不同层面加深对疾病的认识,将使学生建立立体空间实习架构,以应对心血管疾病的复杂性和危险性,培养出综合素质全面并具有宏观视野的现代医学生。In the clinical practice of cardiovascular diseases,traditional teaching methods are not conducive to cultivating students clinical thinking,resulting in students’rigid thinking and lack of flexibility.Students cannot adapt to the clinical practice rhythm and mode,while the reverse thinking mode is based on cardiovascular symptoms such as patient symptoms and signs.Starting from clues,the diseases that can be caused by reverse thinking are practical thinking modes in clinical work.Based on the reverse thinking mode,through the cross-cooperation of students,patients,and teachers in different dimensions and different teaching methods to understand the characteristics and potential clues of the disease from different angles,so as to flexibly master medical expertise and deepen the understanding of the disease from different levels,it will make students set up a three-dimensional space internship structure to cope with the complexity and dangers of cardiovascular disease,and train modern medical students with comprehensive qualities and a macroscopic vision.
