摘  要:目的研究"互联网+"CDIO双语教学法在助产教学中的应用效果。方法选取本院2019年6—12月在分娩室实习的68例助产专业护生作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组34例。观察组进行"互联网+"CDIO双语教学,对照组进行传统教学。比较两组助产护生的综合素质、评判性思维及临床沟通能力。结果观察组助产护生的理论知识、技能操作得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。教学前两组助产护生的评判性思维能力各个维度得分和总分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);教学后观察组助产护生的评判性思维能力各个维度得分和总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。教学前两组助产护生的临床沟通能力各个维度得分和总分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);教学后观察组助产护生的临床沟通能力各个维度得分和总分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论"互联网+"CDIO双语教学法实现"学中做,做中学"的目标,提高助产护生的综合素质、评判性思维及临床沟通能力。Objective To study the application effect of"Internet+"CDIO bilingual teaching method in midwifery teaching.Methods 68 cases of midwifery nursing students who were intern in the delivery room from June to December 2019 in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,34 cases in each group.The observation group conducted"Internet+"CDIO bilingual teaching,and the control group performed traditional teaching.The comprehensive quality,critical thinking and clinical communication ability of the two groups of midwifery nurses were compared.Results The theoretical knowledge and skill operation scores of midwifery nurses in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The midwifery nursing students’critical thinking ability scores and total scores between the two groups had no statistical significance before teaching(P>0.05).The midwifery nursing students’critical thinking ability scores and total scores in the observation group were higher than the control group after teaching(P<0.05).The midwifery nurses’clinical communication ability scores and total scores between the two groups had no statistical significance before teaching(P>0.05).The midwifery nurses’clinical communication ability scores and total scores in the observation group were higher than the control group after teaching(P<0.05).Conclusion The"Internet+"CDIO bilingual teaching method achieved the goal of"learning while doing,doing while learning",improved the overall quality,critical thinking and clinical communication skills of midwifery students.
