摘  要:专业教师兼职班主任是高校教师重要的组成成员,文章结合自身工作经历,对医学专业教师兼职班主任的工作进行总结和探讨,指出了经验和不足,提出作为兼职班主任,应结合自身专业优势,灵活运用各种有效的工作模式和方法,加强学生的政治素养、专业素养、人文素养和心理素质等的培养,与学生互相成就、共同提高,以保障兼职班主任制度能更好地被贯彻和执行,取得最大的收益。另外,目前尚缺乏规范化评估管理系统,使得兼职班主任的教学工作很难被量化,同时考评和激励机制不健全,今后应逐步完善量化考评系统和人才评价机制,以期建设高水平的医学高校师资队伍。Part-time headteachers from professional teachers are important component members of the university teachers.Based on own work experience,the authors summarized and discussed their work as part-time teachers and medical professional teachers,and pointed out the experience and the insufficiency.It is proposed that parttime teachers should combine their works with their own professional advantages,flexibly use various effective working mode and method,strengthen the students’political quality,professional quality,cultural quality and psychological quality.Part-time teachers and students get achievements and improve together,in order to implement and execute part-time teacher system better and obtain the biggest benefit.In addition,there is still a lack of standardized evaluation management system,which makes it difficult to quantify the teaching work of part-time teachers.Meanwhile,the evaluation and incentive mechanism has not been established.In the future,the quantitative evaluation system and talent evaluation mechanism should be gradually improved in order to build a high-level teaching faculty of medical universities.
