摘　　要：肝胆胰外科是普外科的支系,目前部分大型医疗中心已将肝胆胰外科单独成科,成为临床医学的三级学科。肝胆胰外科主要收治有关胆囊、肝胆及胰腺的疾病包括胆囊炎、胆管结石、胆囊癌、原发性肝癌、胰腺癌、胆管癌等,该科收治的患者具有病情复杂、治疗难度高的特点,因此临床对该科相关人员专业技能的要求也较高。临床教学是培养医学生理论与实践结合的过程,教学的质量会对医学生的知识、技能及思想产生影响,而影响质量的就是临床教学的方法,因此在肝胆胰临床教学中积极引进一种有效的带教模式对临床学员后期实际的工作有着积极的意义。Hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery is a branch of general surgery.At present,some large medical centers have established hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery as a branch of general surgery.Hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgery mainly treats diseases related to gallbladder,hepatobiliary and pancreatic diseases,including cholecystitis,bile duct stones,gallbladder cancer,primary liver cancer,pancreatic cancer,cholangiocarcinoma,etc.the patients admitted to the department have the characteristics of complex conditions and high treatment difficulty,so the clinical requirements for the professional skills of relevant personnel in the department are also high.Clinical teaching is the process of training medical students to combine theory with practice.The quality of teaching will affect the knowledge,skills and thoughts of medical students,and the method of clinical teaching will affect the quality.Therefore,it is of positive significance to introduce an effective teaching mode in clinical teaching of liver,gallbladder and pancreas.
