摘  要:目的探讨采用基于问题的学习(Problem-based learning,PBL)教学法进行针灸推拿学临床实习教学的效果。方法实习学生40名随机分为传统教学组和PBL教学组,每组20名,且2组分别采用PBL教学法和传统教学法。对比2组临床实习的效果。结果与传统教学组学生相比,PBL教学组学生的实践操作与理论知识考核成绩明显较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PBL教学组学生的评优率高于传统教学组学生,其对教学方法的评价优于传统教学组学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在针灸推拿学专业的学生临床实习过程中PBL教学法的效果更显著,学生的评优率及学生对教学方法的评价是显而易见的,在临床实习教学过程中更值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method in clinical practice teaching of acupuncture and massage.Methods The 40 internship students were randomly divided into the traditional teaching group and the PBL teaching group,with 20 students in each group,and the two groups adopted the PBL teaching method and the traditional teaching method respectively.The effect of clinical practice was compared.Results Compared with the traditional teaching group,PBL teaching group students’theoretical knowledge and practical operation test scores were significantly higher(P<0.05),and the difference had statistical significance.The evaluation rate of PBL teaching group was significantly higher than that of traditional teaching group,and its evaluation of teaching methods was significantly better than that of traditional teaching group(P<0.05),and the difference had statistical significance.Conclusion PBL teaching method is more effective in the clinical practice of the students majoring in acupuncture and massage.The evaluation rate of the students and the evaluation of the students on the teaching method are obvious,and it is worth popularizing and applying in the clinical practice teaching process.
