摘　　要：目的评估新冠疫情特殊时期综合性大学临床医学专业学生中医在线课程的模式和效果,以期为综合性大学和西医院校相关专业的中医学教育和中西医结合人才培养提供借鉴和思路。方法结合四川大学华西临床医学院中医学在线课程实践,从在线课程模式、教学效果、疫情对中医学教学的影响等方面对临床医学专业学生中医学在线学习的效果、存在问题和启示进行问卷调查和总结展望。结果在线课程学习后,临床医学专业学生对中医学的学习兴趣与预期、中医的接受度和中医理论体系和思维方式得到明显提升,但仍存在在线教育方式的接受度、互动程度以及教学平台与网络等问题和不足。结论疫情推动中医在线教育的同时也带来新的挑战,综合性大学中医学教育模式特别是在线课程需进一步探索完善和推广普及,以促进中西医结合人才培养。Objective To evaluate the methods and effects of online course of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for students majoring in clinical medicine in comprehensive university under the outbreak of COVID-19,in order to provide reference and prospective for the TCM education and personnel training of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods During the outbreak and on the practice of the online TCM course for students in clinical medicine major in West China School of Medicine in Sichuan University,the teaching effect,problems and inspiration of online course from the aspects including course modes,teaching effects,and the influence of the COVID-19 epidemic on TCM teaching etc.were surveyed and assessed.Results After the course,the study interest,acceptance and the knowledge on theory and thinking mode for TCM of students were significant improved,however,issues on the acceptance of online course,limitation on teaching interaction as well as study platform and internet still need to be resolved.Conclusion The COVID-19 outbreak has driven the development of online education and brought new challenges to online courses of TCM,the modes of online education of TCM need to be ameliorated and applied to advance the talent training of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
