摘 要:在全球化和信息时代,新加坡基础教育面临着一系列亟待解决的问题。为此,新加坡教育部于2018年提出了"为生活而学习"教育改革。这次改革的主要目的在于培养学生面对未来社会应具备的价值观、态度以及技能,内容涵盖改革中小学学业评价体系、推行学科分级全面计划、加强课程教学等方面,是一次较为全面的教育改革。"为生活而学习"教育改革的特点为:注重培养学生21世纪素养;学校、家庭和社会共同参与学校评价体系改革;推行"学科分级全面计划"与拓宽中学后教育途径相结合。In the digital global era,the basic education of Singapore is faced with a series of problems.Therefore,the Ministry of Education of Singapore embarked on the"Learn for Life"reform in 2018.The main aims of this reform lie in developing students’values,attitudes and skills which are essential for the future society."Learn for Life"movement is a comprehensive reform,which includes reducing assessment load,full subject-based banding and refreshing the curriculum.The reform are guided by three perspectives such as education for students’all-rounded development;offering opportunities to develop every student’s potential in learning as well as cultivating modern citizens of Singapore with the 21st Century competences.
