摘 要:科学系统的医患沟通技能测评工具是提高医患沟通水平的重要手段,也是探索我国医患关系紧张如何解决的重要途径。检索国内外相关文献,根据评价主体的不同,从医生与患者、护士与患者、医学生/护生与患者三个方面归纳测评工具的特点。医患沟通测评工具中开发工具用于评价医学生/护生与患者沟通的数量较多。国外测评工具较国内的更为系统,具有操作简便等优点;国内测评工具以量表为主,以SEGUE量表的修订最具代表性。但同时存在评价标准不一、自主性低等问题。Scientific and systematic doctor-patient communication skills assessment tool is an important means to facilitate doctor-patient communication,also plays as an alternative to tensive doctor-patient relationship in China.The authors searched the relevant literature at home and abroad,and summarized the characteristics of the evaluation tools according to three evaluation subjects:doctors and patients,nurses and patients,and medical/nursing students and patients.The study found that among the doctor-patient communication evaluation tools,there were greater number of development tools used to evaluate medical/nursing students and patients than the other two.Foreign evaluation tools were more systematic and user-friendly.Domestic measurement tools were mainly scales,and the revision of SEGUE scale was a representative.However,problems like differential evaluation standards,low autonomy were easily to be noticed.
