摘  要:本文旨在探究超声检测技术在鱼类人工繁殖的应用价值。选取黄颡鱼、黄鳝、斑点叉尾鮰、泥鳅、施氏鲟和南方大口鲶6种无磷亲鱼,经超声检测,分别对其性腺发育不同阶段卵径进行横向和纵向比较。结果显示:6种鱼类的卵径的超声检测测量值与卵子发育呈正相关;在卵巢成熟期内,超声检测可通过检测卵径及卵子在影像中是否具有游动性这2项指标来判断是否具有催产条件,其超声检测符合率达98.90%以上。表明对于无鳞鱼或珍稀鱼类应用超声检测卵巢发育,其分辨率和诊断符合率比较高,可作为人工繁殖诊断卵子发育情况的首选方法,具有重要的临床应用价值。In order to explore the application value of ultrasonic detection technology in artificial propagation of fish.Six non-phosphorus parent fish,Pelteobagrus fulvidraco,Monopterus albus,Ictalurus punctatus,Oriental weatherfish,Acipenser schrencki and Silurus soldatovi meridionalis Chen were selected,and their egg diameters at different stages of gonad development were compared in transverse and longitudinal directions.The results showed that there was a positive correlation between the measured value of the egg diameter and the development of the egg in six species of fish.In the mature period of the ovary,the ultrasonic detection could judge whether the condition of induced labor by detecting the egg diameter and the egg had the mobility in the image.The coincidence rate of the ultrasonic detection was over 98.90%.Ultrasound used to detect ovarian development in scaleless fish or rare fish with high resolution and high diagnostic accuracy.It could be used as the first choice of artificial reproduction to diagnose egg development,and had important clinical application value.
