摘 要:唤醒潜在的乡土记忆,回溯乡土文化的生命信息,挖掘宝贵的历史遗产,养成未来乡村教师——公费定向师范生的生命意识、家国情怀与文化担当,使其成为“爱思想、爱乡村、爱儿童、爱教育”的乡村教育家,此乃寻根教学的内涵与初衷。其学理源于“创造即生命”“历史即生命”“关系即生命”“天地人合一”的生命哲学与宇宙哲学。然而,寻根教学还停留在经验的、被动的、形式的,甚至浮躁的层面,出现了崇生与逐利、保护与殖民、创造与毁坏等悖论。其化解方式如下:一是忆家族,究问题,谈预期,以追寻生命之根,钩沉公费师范生家族的、家乡的群体记忆与文化痕迹;二是续传说,易风俗,固精神,以绵延乡土之谜,探寻传统文化中的自然根系与生命信息,彰显文化遗产中的永恒价值与精神内核;三是著教材,挖语境,激创造,以创联语境之缘,树立“寓杂多于整一”的整体文化概念,开启乡土与世界的对话,助力乡村文化的续存与振兴。The connotation and original intention of root-seeking teaching is to awaken the potential local memory,trace back the life information of local culture,excavate the precious historical heritage,cultivate the future rural teachers,the public-funded normal students,the life consciousness,national feelings and cultural responsibility,and make them become rural educators who“love ideas,love countryside,love children and love education”.Its theory originates from the philosophy of life and cosmology of“creation is life”,“history is life”,“relationship is life”and“the unity of heaven,earth and man”.However,root-seeking teaching still stays at the level of experience,passivity,formality and even impetuousness,with paradoxes such as advocating life and pursuing profit,protecting and colonizing,creating and destroying.The solutions are as follows:(1)We should recall the family,study the problems,and talk about the expectations so as to trace the root of life and trace the group memory and cultural traces of the family and hometown of public-funded normal students;(2)We should continue the legend,change the customs and strengthen the spirit so as to continue the mystery of local mystery,explore the natural roots and life information in traditional culture and highlight the eternal value and spiritual core in cultural heritage;(3)We should write the textbooks,dig the context,stimulate the creation,create the context so as to establish the overall cultural concept of“containing various elements in the whole”,open the dialogue between the local and the world and help the rural culture to survive and revitalize.
