摘　　要：文章阐述了国内外标准化病人在精神病学教学中的应用情况。应用标准化病人的优点、缺点及解决对策。使用标准化病人进行精神病症状学教学有利有弊,但是利远大于弊,值得进一步应用和推广。The article describes the application of standardized patients in psychiatry teaching at home and abroad,the application of standardized patients in psychiatry symptomatology classrooms and the advantages,disadvantages and corresponding countermeasures of using standardized patients.There are advantages and disadvantages to using standardized patients for psychiatric symptom teaching,but the advantages far outweigh the disadvantages and deserve further application and promotion.
