摘　　要：哈佛大学教育研究生院历时一百年,建立并不断扩大创新型的组织机构,打造高端完备的聚焦于变革型教育领导者的人才培养体系,构建前沿开放多元的学科研究体系,塑造了卓越的学院文化,成为世界一流教育学院。建设中国特色世界一流的教育学院,是"双一流"建设的题中应有之义。我国应该加强一流教育学院的建设的规律研究,为发展教育学科推动教育变革提供理论指导。The Graduate School of Education of Harvard University has been building for one hundred years, expanding its creative organizational structure, creating a high-end and complete talent training system focusing on training transformational education leaders,building a cutting-edge open and diversified discipline research system, shaping an excellent school culture and becoming a world-class education college. To build a world-class education college with Chinese characteristics is an essential part of the construction of "double first-class". We should strengthen the research on the law of the construction of the first-class collge of education, so as to provide theoretical guidance for the development of education discipline and the promotion of educational reform.
