摘　　要：《全科医学概论》是高职高专临床医学专业的一门专业基础课程,是一门整合临床专业知识与全科医学工作方法的理实一体课程。为提高高职高专院校临床医学专业学生岗位胜任能力,加强医学生职业道德素养,响应习近平总书记关于加强高校思想政治教育的指导思想,需要对《全科医学概论》进行课程思政教学改革。通过分析高职高专学生学习特点,总结教学中面临的主要问题,明确课程学习目标与思政目标,依据课程教学内容,充分挖掘思想政治教育元素,将思想政治教育贯穿到课前、课中、课后的教学设计中,依托国家教学资源库平台构建线上、线下结合的翻转课堂教学模式。翻转课堂模式下课程思政教学改革的实施使学生认同大健康理念,意识到人文关怀的意义,深刻理解全科医生生物-心理-社会医学模式的诊疗思维,感受到全科医生的社会价值与职业意义,从而激发学生的学习热情,实现立德树人的教育目标,为培养出具有社会主义核心价值观的基层全科医疗人才奠定基础。Introduction to general practice is a professional basic course of clinical medicine specialty in higher vocational colleges.It is a course integrating clinical knowledge and general practice working methods.In order to improve the post competence of clinical medicine students in higher vocational colleges and strengthen the professional ethics of medical students,in response to the guiding ideology of general secretary XI Jinping on strengthening ideological and political education in colleges and universities,the ideological and political teaching reform of the course introduction to general practice was carried out.Through analyzing the learning characteristics of the vocational college students,summarizing the main problems in the teaching,defining the learning objectives and ideological and political objectives of the course and combining curriculum education teaching reform idea,according to the teaching content of the course,the elements of ideological and political education are fully excavated,and the ideological and political education is integrated into the teaching design before,during and after class,then builds the"flipped classroom"teaching mode combining online and offline based on the national teaching resource database platform.The implementation of Ideological and political teaching reform under the"flipped classroom"mode enables students to identify with the concept of big health,realize the significance of humanistic care,deeply understand the diagnosis and treatment thinking of the general practitioner's bio psychological social medical mode,feel the social value and professional significance of the general practitioner which stimulate learning enthusiasm of students,achieve the educational goal of educating people by virtue,so as to stimulate students'learning enthusiasm,realize the educational goal of moral education,and lay the foundation for the cultivation of grassroots general medical talents with socialist core values.
