摘  要:目的当今是网络信息瞬息万变的时代,针对医学免疫学教学内容比较抽象、学生学习时不易理解,导致学生学习积极性不高等问题,探讨利用网络资源与TBL教学法相结合教学模式在医学免疫学理论教学中的应用。方法在学校本科生的医学免疫学理论教学,按每班分5~6组,每组5~6人分组,先后开展传统+网络资源模式授课(传统教学模式组)和TBL+网络资源模式(网络资源+TBL教学模式组)授课并对比教学效果。结果两种教学模式学习测评成绩比较,P<0.001。问卷、信息反馈显示80.51%的学生认为该教学模式可激发学习热情,86.43%的学生认为可促进自主学习;83.88%的学生认为可促进课前预习,77.14%的学生认为可提高综合分析能力并加深其对知识的理解和记忆;92.35%的学生认为可增强团队意识,培养团队合作精神和交流能力;84.93%的学生认为网络教学平台对学习有很大帮助,79.42%的学生认为测试题内容、形式不需改进,74.91%希望以网络资源与TBL教学法相结合模式为主进行教学。结论TBL教学法与网络资源相结合的教学模式有助于调动学生学习积极性,加深对免疫学基本知识的深刻理解;有助于提高学生发现问题和解决问题的能力,更有利于培养学生的创新思维及团结协作精神,更好地完成医学免疫学这门课程的学习。Objective In the era of rapidly changing network information, the medical immunology teaching content is relatively abstract, and it is not easy for students to understand when studying, which leads to students’ low enthusiasm for learning. To explore the application of the combination of network resources and TBL teaching method in medical immunology theory. Methods In the teaching of medical immunology theory for undergraduates, each class is divided into 5~6 groups, with 5~6 Students in each group. The traditional+network resource teaching mode(traditional teaching mode group) and TBL+network resource teaching mode(network resource+TBL teaching mode group) were carried out successively and compare the teaching effect. Results The comparison of learning evaluation results between the two teaching modes, P < 0.001. According to the questionnaire and information feedback, 80.51% of the students thought that the teaching mode could stimulate their learning enthusiasm, 86.43% of the students thought it could promote autonomous learning;83.88% of the students think it can promote the preview before class, 77.14% think it can improve the comprehensive analysis ability and deepen their understanding and memory of knowledge;92.35% of the students thought it could enhance the team consciousness, cultivate the team spirit and communication ability;84.93% of the students think that the network teaching platform is of great help to learning, 79.42% of the students think that the content and form of test questions do not need to be improved, 74.91% hope to combine network resources with TBL teaching method for teaching. Conclusion The teaching model of TBL teaching method combined with network resources is helpful to arouse students ’enthusiasm for learning and deepen the deep understanding of basic knowledge of immunology;it helps to improve students’ ability to find and solve problems, and is more conducive to training students innovative thinking and the spirit of solidarity and cooperation will better complete the
