摘  要:幼儿园在开展教研活动的过程中,存在没有基于教师的实际需要开展教研活动的现象。教师们没有意识到为什么要教研,教研对于教师的自身成长有哪些帮助,因为教师没有从内心认可和接受教研活动,所以也就无法在教研活动中积极地投入与参与。"卷入式"教研就是为了改变教师参与度低和教研效果差的现状,保证教师在教研活动中的主体地位,以可持续发展的理念为指导,解决教师教育教学的实际问题,调动教师发展的能动性,从而实现教师可持续专业发展。In the process of carrying out teaching and research activities in kindergartens,there is a phenomenon that teaching and research activities are not carried out based on teachers’actual needs.The teachers don’t realize why they teach research?what help does teaching research have for teachers’own growth?because teachers do not recognize and accept the teaching and research activities from the heart,so it is impossible to actively participate in the teaching and research activities."Involvement"teaching and research is to change the status of low teacher participation and poor teaching and research effect,to ensure the principal position of teachers in teaching and research activities,to solve the practical problems of teacher education and teaching under the guidance of the concept of sustainable development,to mobilize the initiative of teacher development,so as to achieve sustainable professional development of teachers.
