摘　　要：信息化管理背景下,文档一体化管理是大势所趋。当下高职院校电子文件管理存在部门衔接差距、整体规划不完善、制度建设浅表化等问题。因此,要从目标、技术、保障、制度和人才等维度着力施策,强化电子文件协同管理,提升档案管理水平。Under the background of information management,document integration management is the trend of the times.At present,there are some problems in electronic document management in higher vocational colleges,such as the gap between departments,imperfect overall planning,and superficial system construction.Therefore,efforts should be made from the dimensions of goals,technologies,guarantees,systems and talents to strengthen the collaborative management of electronic documents and improve the level of archives management.
