国防精神融入高职汽车专业教育教学改革

摘　　要：汽车专业一直以来都是我国高职院校教学体系的重要组成部分,随着社会的进步和发展,原有的专业知识已经不能满足学生就业的需求,因此,很多高职院校在教学的过程中会过于强调新知识的教学,而忽视学生价值观、人生观和世界观的培养,为当前高职院校汽车教育带来了一系列问题。基于此,提出了高职汽车专业融入素质教育所面对的问题,从职业素质培养和就业岗位分析,学生日常管理和基本职业素质培养,丰富课外活动和学生全面发展和人才培养模式改革等方面提出了相应的建议,以期提供参考。The automobile major has always been an important part of the teaching systems of higher vocational colleges in my country.With the progress and development of society,the types of automobiles have gradually increased,and the structure of various parts of automobiles has also changed.The original professional knowledge can no longer meet the needs of students for employment.Therefore,many higher vocational colleges will emphasize too much in the teaching process.The teaching of new knowledge,while ignoring the cultivation of student values,outlook on life and world outlook,has brought a series of problems to the current automotive education in higher vocational colleges.This article mainly proposes the problems faced by the integration of higher vocational automotive majors into quality education,and then addresses higher vocational automobile majors are integrated into quality education teaching,including vocational quality training and job analysis,student daily management and basic vocational quality training,enriching extracurricular activities,comprehensive development of students,and personnel training model reforms.
