摘　　要：建立电感耦合等离子体-质谱法测定藻类中铝、钇、镧、铈、钐和钕的检测方法。通过对比V (HNO3+H2O, 10+90)︰V (H2O2)分别为3︰1, 4︰1和5︰1这3种不同体积配比,以及V (HNO3+H2O)︰V (H2O2)=3︰1中HNO3+H2O分别为10+90, 30+70和50+50这3种用量,确定前处理最优条件V (HNO3+H2O, 30+70)︰V (H2O2)=3︰1,采用电感耦合等离子体-质谱法测定样品中6种微量金属元素含量。结果表明,试验条件下,方法检出限(LOD):铝0.144 mg/kg、钇0.200μg/kg、镧1.00μg/kg、铈0.200μg/kg、钐0.200μg/kg、钕0.400μg/kg。6种元素的加标量分别为0.100, 0.250和0.500μg,其中加标回收率89.9%~102%,相对标准偏差0.9%~3.2%。在0~1.00 mg/L范围内呈线性关系,其相关系数均≥0.999 3,元素回收率均在90.0%~102%。方法操作简单快速、精密度高、准确性好、重复性高,适用于藻类食品中金属铝、钇、镧和铈含量的测定。A method for the determination of Al, Y, La, Ce, Sm and Nd in the algae by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) was to established. By comparing the three different V(HNO3+H2O, 10+90)︰V(H2O2)=3︰1, 4︰1, 5︰1, and with V(HNO3+H2O)︰V(H2O2)=3︰1, three kinds of dosage of HNO3+H2O of 10+90, 30+70 and 50+50, the optimal condition was V(HNO3+H2O, 30+70)︰V(H2O2)=3︰1, the contents of 6 trace metals elements of the sample solution were determined by ICP-MS. In the selected experimental condition, and the detection limits were 0.144 mg/kg for Al, 0.200 μg/kg for Y, 1.00 μg/kg for La, 0.200 μg/kg for Ce, 0.200 μg/kg for Sm and 0.400 μg/kg for Nd. Adding 0.100, 0.250 and 0.500 μg for six elements, the relative recoveries were 89.9%-102%, and the standard deviations were 0.9%-3.2%. The linear range was 0-1.00 mg/L and the correlation coefficient(r)≥0.999 3. The recovery rates of these metal elements were 89.9%-102%. Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry for the determination of Al, Y, La, Ce, Sm and Nd in the algae had the characteristics of high precision, good accuracy, and high repeatability.
