摘 要:研究4种食品模拟物中4, 4’-联苯二酚和4, 4’-二氯二苯砜的迁移量测定方法。采用Phenyl-Hexyl液相色谱柱分离待测物,以甲醇-水混合溶液作为流动相,用PDA检测器,检测波长分别为262 nm和247 nm。4, 4’-联苯二酚和4, 4’-二氯二苯砜的4%乙酸模拟物的线性范围为0.02~0.50 mg/L, 10%乙醇和50%乙醇模拟物的线性范围均为0.01~0.50 mg/L, 4, 4’-联苯二酚和4, 4’-二氯二苯砜的异辛烷模拟物的线性范围为0.02~0.50 mg/kg。3个浓度级别水平的加标回收率(n=7)为80.0%~110%,相对标准偏差为0.3%~6.9%。方法中4, 4’-联苯二酚在4%乙酸模拟物和4, 4’-二氯二苯砜在异辛烷模拟物中的检出限为0.01 mg/kg,定量限为0.03 mg/kg,其他模拟物中检出限为0.003 mg/kg,定量限为0.01 mg/kg。方法线性、加标回收率、精密度均较好,可作为食品接触材料聚砜类制品的安全性能的检测和评估的检验方法。The migration measurement methods of 4, 4’-dihydroxybiphenyl(DOD) and 4, 4’-dichlorodiphenyl sulfone(DCDPS) in four food simulations were studied. The phenyl-hexyl liquid chromatography column was used to separate the analytes, and the methanol-water mixture solution was used as the mobile phase. The PDA detection wavelengths were 262 nm and 247 nm, respectively. The linear range of 4% acetyl acid simulation was 0.02-0.50 mg/L;10% ethanol and 50% ethanol simulations were 0.01-0.50 mg/L;The linear ranges of isooctane simulants of 4, 4’-biphenyl and 4, 4’-dichlorodiphenyl sulfone were 0.02-0.50 mg/kg. The recoveries(n=7) of the three concentration levels were 80.0%-110%, and the relative standard deviations were 0.3%-6.9%. In this method, the detection limits of 4, 4’-biphenyl diphenol in 4% acetic acid simulant and 4, 4’-dichlorodiphenyl sulfone in isooctane simulant were 0.01 mg/kg;The quantitative limit were 0.03 mg/kg;The detection limits in other simulants were 0.003 mg/kg;The quantitative limit were 0.01 mg/kg. The linear, the recovery of standard addition and the precision of this method were good. It could be used as a testing and evaluation method for the safety performance of PSU food contact materials.
