高校学生评教中的“不值得定律”

摘　　要：教育质量作为高等教育持续发展的动力,成为高等院校教育竞争力的重要保证,全面提升教学质量成为理论研究和教育实践的永恒主题。学生评教因其能够科学诊断并直观反映教学质量而在我国高等院校被广泛推行。然而“不值得定律”却在学生评教工作中发挥着不可忽视的消极作用,严重影响评价结果的真实性及其应用的有效性。文章在详细分析教师和学生评教过程中“不值得”感受产生原因基础上,有针对性地制定改进措施,消除负面影响,保证学生评教作用充分发挥,实现提升教学质量,推进教育改革的目标。As the motive force of sustainable development of higher education,education quality has been the important guarantee of education competitiveness of institutions of higher learning and improvement of teaching quality has become the eternal theme of theory research and education practice.Students'evaluation of teaching is widely used in China because it can diagnose scientifically and reflect intuitively the teaching quality.But the Unworthy Law plays a negative role significantly in the work of students'evaluation of teaching and affects the authenticity of results and the effectiveness of applications seriously.To ensure students'teaching evaluation playing its proper roles,improve teaching quality and boostteaching reform,this paper for mulates some targeted improvement measures to eliminate the negative effects of Unworthy Law based on the detailed analysis of the unworthy feeling of teachers and students in evaluation process.
