摘 要:目的分析案例情景模拟教学法在急诊科临床护理实习带教中的应用效果。方法选取174例于2019年11月—2020年8月期间在该院急诊科护理实习的护生,随机分为对照组(n=87,急诊科传统护理实习带教法)和观察组(n=87,实施案例情景模拟教学法),对比两组护生实习成绩、核心能力及对教学方法的评价。结果观察组护生的理论知识成绩、操作技能成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生的护患沟通能力、分诊能力、急救能力、病情评估能力评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生认为自己所接受的教学法能够增强独立思考能力、提高分析处理问题能力、提高学习效率、增强语言表达能力、利于尽快适应临床、加强理论与实践联系的比例均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用案例情景模拟教学法开展急诊科临床护理实习带教能够提高护生的护理实习成绩和核心能力,并能够获得护生对带教更高的认可度。Objective To analyze the application effect of case scenario simulation teaching method in clinical nursing practice teaching in emergency department.Methods 174 nursing students who were in the emergency department nursing practice in the hospital from November 2019 to August 2020 were selected and randomly divided into a control group(n=87,traditional nursing practice teaching method in the emergency department)and an observation group(n=87,implementing case scenario simulation teaching method),compare the two groups of nursing students'internship scores,core competence and evaluation of teaching methods.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge and operational skills of the nursing students in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of the nursing students in the observation group such as nurse-patient communication ability,triage ability,first aid ability,and disease assessment ability were all significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the observation group believes that the teaching methods they accept can enhance independent thinking ability,improve the ability to analyze and deal with problems,improve learning efficiency,enhance language expression ability,and help to adapt to the clinic as soon as possible,strengthen theory and the proportion of practice contact was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of case scenario simulation teaching method to carry out clinical nursing practice teaching in emergency department can improve the nursing practice performance and core competence of nursing students,and can obtain higher recognition of nursing students for teaching.
