摘 要:目的探讨临床路径联合病例导入式教学法在神经内科临床带教中的应用价值。方法将该院2016年1月—2020年1月50名神经内科临床实习生,双盲随机法分成两组。对照组给予常规法带教,实验组实施临床路径联合病例导入式教学法。比较两组对带教工作的满意度、神经内科临床操作考核成绩、临床理论考核成绩。结果实验组对带教工作的满意度高于对照组,神经内科临床操作考核成绩、临床理论考核成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经内科临床实习生实施临床路径联合病例导入式教学法效果确切,可提高神经内科临床实习生的理论以及临床技能掌握水平,使其更好胜任日后的工作,并提高其对带教方法的满意度。Objective To explore the application value of clinical pathway combined with case-leading teaching method in neurology clinical teaching.Methods 50 clinical interns in the department of neurology in the hospital were divided into two groups by double-blind random method.The control group was given regular teaching,and the experimental group implemented the clinical path combined with case-in-the-case teaching method.Compare the two groups'satisfaction with teaching work,neurology clinical operation assessment scores,and clinical theory assessment scores.Results The experimental group's satisfaction with teaching work was higher than that of the control group,and the neurology clinical operation assessment scores and clinical theory assessment scores were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical practice of neurology clinical interns has a definite effect on the clinical path combined with case-introduction teaching method,which can improve the theoretical and clinical skills mastery of neurology clinical interns,make them better qualified for future work,and improve their satisfaction on teaching methods.
