摘  要:为适应知识经济对人才的需要,培养出高素质高技能创新型人才,必须更新传统教育观念。该文主要采用文献资料法、访谈法、逻辑分析法等方法,研究高校体育教师在后现代教育理念下的知识和能力结构的组成,提出促进知识和能力发展的措施。促进对策:加强学习,提高自身知识结构的合理性;加强练习,提高自身技术能力的专业性;革新观念,提升自身教育理念的时代性。In order to meet the needs of knowledge economy for talents and cultivate high-quality and high skilled innovative talents,it is necessary to update the traditional education concept.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature,interview and logic analysis to study the composition of knowledge and ability structure of physical education teachers in colleges and universities under the concept of postmodern education,and puts forward measures to promote the development of knowledge and ability.To promote countermeasures:to strengthen learning,to improve the rationality of their own knowledge structure;to strengthen practice,to improve the professionalism of their own technical ability;to innovate the concept and to enhance the epoch of their own educational ideas.
