摘 要:目的了解某高校人文素质教育培养现状及存在的问题,以便进一步提高医学生人文素质教育质量。方法随机抽取结合分层抽样的方式选取某高校医学院2013级、2014级和2015级本科医学类学生共250为研究对象,对其一般资料、杰弗逊共情量表学生版(JSE-S)进行问卷调查。结果2013级、2014级、2015级学生JSE-S得分分别为(123.43±4.76)分、(118.44±2.29)分和(121.38±4.15)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);人文课程授课时间在17点前和17点后学生JSE-S得分为(122.38±4.46)分、(118.44±2.29)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);每周志愿服务时长小于1小时、1小时~3小时和大于3小时的学生JSE-S得分为(119.97±3.54)分、(127.44±0.51)分和、(129.27±0.70)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而不同性别、不同生源地以及不同专业的学生得分差异均无统计学意义。结论高校管理层应重视人文教育课程的课时安排,同时完善课程设置,适当增加以实践为主课程,丰富教学模式,以利于提高医学生人文素质水平。Objectives To understand the current situation and existing problems of humanistic quality education in a university,so as to further improve the quality of humanistic quality education for medical students.Methods A total of 250 undergraduate medical students from 2013,2014 and 2015 in a medical college were randomly selected and stratified sampling was used to investigate.Questionnaires were conducted for general information and the Jefferson Empathy Scale Student Edition(JSE-S).Results Students in grade 2013,grade 2014 and 2015 the JSE-S score difference was statistically significant(123.43±4.76,118.44±2.29,121.38±4.15,P<0.01).Score difference of students whose humanities courses was given before and after 17 PM was statistically significant(122.38±4.46,118.44±2.29,P<0.01).Students whose volunteer time every week less than 1 hour,1-3 hours and more than 3 hours of students share a statistically significant score difference(119.97±3.54,127.44±0.51,129.27±0.70,P<0.01).There were no statistically significant differences in JSE-S scores among students of different genders,different regional origins and different majors.Conclusions The management of colleges and universities should pay attention to the schedule of humanistic education courses,and improve the curriculum setting at the same time,appropriately increase the practice-oriented courses and enrich the teaching mode,which was conducive to improving the humanistic quality level of medical students.
