摘　　要：为培养高素质技术技能人才,高职院校思政课必须坚持守正与创新相统一,积极促进教学改革。守正重在明晰思政课的基本属性,做实教学科研,创新则需积极探索打造适合高职的思政课程群,构建实体课堂+线上课堂+课程思政+实践课堂的“四课联动同频共振”模式助力青年学生立德成人、立志成才。In order to train high quality technical and skilled personnel,ideological and political courses in higher vocational colleges must adhere to the unity of integrity and innovation,and actively promote teaching reform.Keeping upright focuses on clarifies the basic attributes of ideological and political courses,and does practical teaching and research.Innovation requires actively exploring and creating ideological and political courses group suitable for higher vocational colleges,and constructing the“four-lesson linkage and co-frequency resonance”mode of physical classroom+online classroom+course ideological and political science+practical classroom to help young students become virtuous and determined to become talents.
