现代学徒制培养在石油化工技术专业人才培养的现状与思考

摘　　要：在重点分析企业人才培养规格与培养要求的基础上,现代学徒制人才培养模式根据“合作共赢,共同育人”的理念,学校与企业同为育人主体,联合培养学生,有的放矢的提高和巩固了学生专业技能的学习。能找到优质的企业合作,的确会产出好的的成果,师傅与学徒之间的陪伴式学习,促成员工的成功孵化,体现就业公平,解决企业的用人之需,但是找到更多的企业参与现代学徒制人才培养也存在很大的阻力,还需要社会各方的力量来鼓励与促成。On the basis of analyzing the talent cultivation and requirement of enterprise talent training,talent cultivation pattern of modern apprenticeship includes a philosophy called“win-win cooperation,common education”,college and enterprise both are subject of common education to combine training students,which could enhance and consolidate the study of students professional skills.To find high quality enterprise cooperation would result a great answer,in addition to,accompanied learning between master and apprentice can contribute to successful incubation of employees and fair employment,and meet the employment needs of enterprise.However,there are still difficulties in looking for more enterprises to participate in the training of modern apprenticeship,also needing the forces from many sides of society to encourage and facilitate.
