视力在线预警及防控系统在家庭视力自查和屈光电子档案管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:初步探索视力在线预警及防控系统在南充市中小学生近视防控中的应用的可行性和可信性。方法:联网状态下利用线上软件系统对2500名中小学生进行家庭视力自查,首先随机选择了600名学生(含视力正常和异常学生)到医院进一步复查视力,随后又在总学生名单中随机选择了400名家庭自查视力异常学生到医院进一步复查。结果:2500名学生共5000只眼中,视力异常眼3492只,占69.8%,视力不良学生1848名(73.9%)。随机抽取的600名到医院复查视力的学生中,家庭视力自查结果420名(70%)学生(710只眼)视力不良,医院复查结果392名(65.33%)学生视力不良(694只眼),视力不良检查结果符合率为93.3%,家庭自查视力结果与医院视力检查结果无统计学差异(F=2.488,P=0.115)。随机抽取的400名视力不良学生中,医院检查有383名学生视力不良,检查结果符合率为95.8%,抽取的视力不良学生中,家庭自查视力结果与医院视力检查结果重复度量方差分析显示无统计学差异(F=1.679,P=0.196)。南充市2500名中小学生1周时间用电脑在家里就全部完成了视力自查,且没有影响正常上课作息时间。结论:视力在线预警及防控系统在检测儿童青少年的视力方面快捷、有效、可信,在近视防控工作中有一定的推广应用价值。Objective:To explore the feasibility and reliability of the application of vision online early warning and control system in the prevention and control of myopia in primary and middle school students in Nanchong.Methods:Using the software system,2,500 students completed their visual acuity examination by themselves at home,600 students(including normal and abnormal vision students)were randomly selected to the hospital for visual acuity reexamination.Subsequently,another 400 students with abnormal visual acuity were also randomly selected to the hospital for visual acuity reexamination.Results:Of the 5,000 eyes of 2,500 students,3,492 eyes with abnormal vision(69.8%),and the number of students with abnormal visual acuity were 1,848(73.9%).A total of 600 students were randomly selected to have their visual acuity rechecked in hospital,there were 420(70%)students(710 eyes)had abnormal visual acuity through House-based Visual Acuity Self-examination,and 392(65.33%)students(694 eyes)had abnormal visual acuity through the reexamination in hospital.The coincidence rate of abnormal visual acuity examination was 93.3%,there was no significant difference between home and hospital visual acuity test(F=2.488,P=0.115).At the same time,out of 400 students with abnormal visual acuity tested by this system,there were 383 students with poor eyesight in the hospital,and the visual acuity test consistency examined by the two methods was about 95.8%,there was no significant difference between the results of family self examination and the results of hospital visual examination(F=1.679,P=0.196),2,500 students completed their vision acuity self-examination at home with a computer within a week,without affecting their study and rest.Conclusion:This system is fast,effective and reliable in detecting children s and adolescents visual acuity,and it is worth popularizing and applying in myopia prevention and control.
