民航飞行员职业使命感对其安全公民行为影响机制研究

摘　　要：为了有效激发民航飞行员安全公民行为意识,提升飞行安全绩效,以职业使命感为切入点,将民航飞行员个人因素和组织因素分析相结合,构建了民航飞行员职业使命感对安全公民行为的影响机制理论模型,并通过对300多名飞行员进行问卷调查,采用多元层次回归分析法,对模型进行了实证研究。结果表明:民航飞行员职业使命感对其安全公民行为有显著正向影响;职业承诺在民航飞行员职业使命感与安全公民行为之间起部分中介作用;安全氛围不仅正向强化民航飞行员职业使命感与安全公民行为关系,并且显著调节职业承诺在民航飞行员职业使命感与安全公民行为之间的中介作用。研究揭示了民航飞行员职业使命感对安全公民行为的影响机制,可为飞行员安全公民行为管理提供理论和实践指导基础。This paper has been trying to explore the relationship and the mechanism between the Civil Aviation pilots’ calling for work and the safety citizenship behaviors so as to stimulate effectively the Civil Aviation pilots’ safety citizenship behaviors and improve the airline company flight safety control. At the same time,the exploration of some other influential factors have been chosen to examine and identify as well. To achiev the above said purposes,we have first of all prefer to make a detailed literature review and theoretical analysis on the flight safety control,the relationship among the 4 variables: the independent variable calling for business jobs,the intermediary variable career duty commitment,the regulatory variable safety climate and some other dependent behaviors for the variable safety citizenship,whose underlying mechanisms of action can just be hypothesized. And,then,referring to the mature scales in the relevant literature,we have laid out and revised some of the Civil Aviation pilots’ calling for work scale,the duty commitment scale,the safety climate scale and the safety citizenship behavior scale,whose reliability and validity have been illustrated in line with the corresponding demands. And,thirdly,we have laid out a questionnaire and distributed it widely to the pilots working in the Air China,Hainan Airlines, Xiamen Airlines and China Eastern Airlines.Through the said questionnaire,we have investigated or surveyed over 300 pilots to examine the above said model through the multi-level regression manner. And,the analysis of the questionnaire survey tends to push us to make the following 3 conclusions further:( 1) The civil aviation pilots’ calling for work has a significant positive impact on their safety citizenship behavior;( 2)Their career commitment can be said partially intermediating the relationship between their calling for the flying business and their duty sense in the safety citizenship;( 3) The safety climate can not only positively help to regulate the relationship betw
