摘 要:针对我国重载铁路轨下垫板易与轨枕承轨槽发生磨损的问题,利用ABAQUS有限元仿真平台,基于Archard模型,通过子程序UMESHMOTION实现界面磨损的表面节点动态更新。建立轨下弹性垫板与轨枕承轨槽的动态磨损分析模型,对比分析不同外形的轨下弹性垫板在硬度和杨氏模量变化时轨枕承轨槽界面的磨损规律。研究表明:(1)潜在的磨损出现在轨下弹性垫板与轨枕承轨槽接触界面的边缘,接触面中心基本无磨损;(2)采用半沟槽轨下弹性垫板相对于全沟槽和无沟槽垫板在界面处产生的磨损总量最小,但轨枕承轨槽磨损区域较大;(3)综合考虑轨下垫板制作工艺和经济成本,垫板硬度取80~800 HB区间内时,杨氏模量取约8000 MPa时,轨下垫板与轨枕的磨损量均处于比较合适的水平;(4)为控制重载铁路轨枕承轨槽的磨损病害,建议优先采用半沟槽轨下弹性垫板结构。Considering the problem that the rail-pads and rail set of sleepers of China’s heavy haul track are likely to wear, the UMESHMOTION subroutine is written in ABAQUS by combining the Archard model to realize the dynamic update of the worn surface nodes, and the dynamic wear model of the rail-pads and sleepers is established. The wearing law of the interface of the sleeper/rail-pad is compared and analyzed while the hardness and elastic modulus of the elastic pads of different shapes are changing. The results show that:(1) Potential wear occurs at the edge of the contact surface between the rail-pad and the sleeper. There is no wear at the center of the contact surface.(2) The use of half-groove rail-pad generates the least amount of wear compared with the full-groove and non-groove rail-pads, but wear area of the sleeper is large.(3) Considering the production process and economic cost of the rail-pads, when the hardness of the rail-pads is in the range of 80~800 HB and the elastic modulus is around 8 000 MPa, the wear of the rail-pad and sleeper is at a relatively appropriate level.(4) In order to control the abrasion of the rail set of sleepers of heavy haul track, it is recommended to give priority to the use of half-groove rail-pads.
