摘　　要：高校内设立的教师发展中心对所在学校的人才培养过程中发挥着极为重要的作用。通过回溯美国高校教师发展中心功能经历的演进与发展,透过教师发展中心服务意识和功能范式的转变,分析美国高校教师发展中心的功能范围和服务实践,研究发现,美国高校教师发展中心不再局限于传统单一功能范畴的教师培训,而是更加强调通过创建适宜教师发展的资源环境来支持学习与教学方法的改进,要建立一个教师与学生互为激励、互为促进的学习共同体。The teacher development center in the university plays an extremely important role in the talent training process of the university.we analyze the functional scope and service practice of the American colleges by tracing back to the evolution and development of the function of American colleges and universities and through the change of service consciousness and function paradigm of teacher development center of the American colleges and universities.Through research,it is found that the American University Teacher Development Center is no longer limited to the traditional single-function area of the teacher training,but puts more emphasis on supporting the improvement of learning and teaching methods by creating a resource environment suitable for teacher development.It is necessary to establish a teacher-student interaction Encouraging and mutually promoting learning community.
