摘　　要：1+X证书制度的实施旨在培养符合产业发展需要的多技能复合型人才。物流管理专业1+X证书制度实施过程中存在“X”职业等级证书要求与专业人才培养目标不一致、“X”证书培训内容和校内课程不匹配等问题,为此,应首先确定“X”证书与专业人才培养方案融合目标,构建融入“X”证书的人才培养方案,重构融入“X”证书内容的专业课程体系和课程标准,并通过加强师资队伍建设、提供课岗对接、课证融合的实践教学基地和资源,构建严谨科学、全面公正的评价考核制度等措施来获得较好的效果。The implementation of the"1+X"certificate system is aimed at cultivating multi-skilled talents meeting the needs of industrial development.In the implementation of the 1+X certificate system for logistics management major,some problems exist including the inconsistency between the requirements of"X"professional grade certificate and the training objectives of professional talents,and the mismatch between the training contents of"X"certificate and the courses in the school.Therefore,the objectives of the integration of"X"certificate and talent training program need to be determined for constructing the talent training program and the curriculum system and standards integrating with"X"certificate.And through strengthening the construction of faculty,providing practical teaching bases and resources for class-post docking and class-certification integration,and building a rigorous,scientific,comprehensive and fair evaluation and assessment system,the integration of"X"certificate can obtain better results.
