摘 要:饮食文化是一种重要的跨文化交际现象,研究中美两国在饮食观念、进餐方式、餐桌礼仪方面的差异,有利于促进中美两国的文化交流与交融,避免产生文化障碍。从中美饮食文化反映出的文化、风俗、历史内涵、营养价值观和经济条件差异中发现问题,相互取长补短,将有利于两国进行交流。Food culture is an important cross-cultural communication phenomenon,the study of China and the United States in the concept of food,eating ways,table manners of the differences,is conducive to promote the cultural exchange and integration of China and the United States,to avoid cultural barriers.Whether it is Chinese or American food,both have their own profound cultural connotations,showing their own unique cultural deposits.Because the two countries culture,customs,historical connotation,nutritional values and economic condition,differences exist,caused the people’s eating habits in China and the United States there are also different,if we can find problems from these differences,mutual complement each other,then a kind of eating habits can be created which accords with the situation of China,that will be more conducive to communicate between the two countries.
