摘  要:随着生活水平的逐渐提高,人们对食品安全问题越来越关注,因此食品检测已成为我国食品质量控制中的重点内容。近红外光谱分析技术是一种全新的技术,其具备快速、无损、方便、可靠等优点,并逐渐被广泛的应用于食品检验领域,成为食品质量检测的新手段,在食品质量检测中起着重要作用。本文主要讨论了近红外光谱在食品检测中的应用,为现代食品检测提供一定帮助。With the gradual improvement of living standards,people are paying more and more attention to food safety issues.Therefore,food testing has become the focus of food quality control in my country.Near infrared spectroscopy analysis technology is a brand-new technology,which has the advantages of fast,non-destructive,convenient and reliable,and has gradually been widely used in the field of food detection,becoming a new method of food quality detection,and it plays a role in food quality detection.Important role.This article mainly discusses the application of near infrared spectroscopy in food detection,which provides some help for modern food detection.
