摘 要:目的:探讨基于微课+网络学习空间的混合式教学方法在医学免疫学实验教学中的效果。方法:对漯河医学高等专科学校检验医学专业2个平行班级分别采用混合式授课模式和传统授课模式,通过平时理论考核+期末技能考核,比较2种模式的教学效果。结果:混合式教学组的平时成绩(33.00±3.89)、期末考试成绩(50.92±4.79)、总成绩(83.92±5.50)明显高于传统教学组(29.01±3.90,45.10±4.83,74.11±5.88),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于微课+网络学习空间的混合式教学法在医学免疫学的实验教学中有应用价值。[Objective] To explore the teaching effect of the hybrid teaching method based on micro-class + network learning space in the experimental teaching of medical immunology. [Method] The two parallel classes of laboratory medicine major in Luohe Medical College were divided into mixed teaching mode and traditional teaching mode, and the teaching effects of the two modes were compared through normal theory assessment + final skill assessment.[Result] The average score(33.00±3.89), final exam score(50.92±4.79), and total score(83.92±5.50) of the mixed teaching group were significantly higher than those of the traditional teaching group(29.01±3.90,45.10±4.83,74.11±5.88), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion] The hybrid teaching method based on "micro-class + network learning space" has application value in the experimental teaching of medical immunology.
