以执业医师资格考试为导向的医学微生物学教学与考试改革

摘　　要：执业医师考试是我国医学教育及医疗工作规范化的重要考核标准,医学微生物学作为贯穿基础和临床医学的专业必修课,其相关知识点在执业医师考试中占有非常大的比重。以往多采用课堂随测+实验报告+期末卷面考试的传统模式考查学生对本课程的学习情况,为帮助学生更好地掌握知识点,并为执业医师资格考试做准备,医学微生物学课题组以病例分析讨论+“雨课堂”病例分析测验+期末考试题型改革形式对教学与考试进行相关调整。结果显示:学生对知识点的掌握水平明显提升,且病例分析与检测显著提高了学生的学习兴趣和期末考试通过率。总之,本教研室以执业医师资格考试为导向的教学与考试改革不仅有助于学生夯实基础知识,且可有助于学生备考执业医师考试。Practicing physician examination is an important assessment standard for the standardization of medical education and medical work in our country.As a compulsory professional course that runs through basic and clinical medicine,medical microbiology related knowledge points occupy a very large proportion of the practicing physician examination.In the past,the traditional mode of classroom test+laboratory report+final paper exam was used to test students'learning situation of this course,in order to help students better grasp the knowledge points and prepare for the practicing physician examination,our teaching and research office used the new teaching and examination by case analysis discussion+"Rain Class"case analysis test+final exam question type reform.The results show that students'mastery of knowledge points has been significantly improved.In addition,case analysis and testing have significantly improved students'interest in learning even the passing rate of final exams.In short,the teaching and examination reforms of the teaching and research section oriented towards practicing physician examination will not only help students to consolidate basic knowledge,but also may help students improve the passing rate of the practicing physician examination.
