摘　　要：魔芋葡甘聚糖是魔芋的主要营养成分,是人们生产生活中重要的天然活性成分,具有保健功能,可作为食品添加剂,在工业上也有广泛的应用。本文介绍了魔芋葡甘聚糖的保健功能,为企业研发魔芋产品提供参考。Konjac glucomannan is the main nutrient component of konjac and an important natural active component in people’s production and life.It has health care functions and can be used as a food additive.It is also widely used in industry.This article introduces the health-care functions of konjac glucomannan and provides a reference for companies to develop konjac products.
